Fee Schedule

Torque charges for financial execution and merchant settlement where listed below. Peer sends, payment requests, and Counter Pay stickers do not take a platform cut. Rates are in basis points (100 bps = 1%). Network gas and venue fees may apply separately.

FAQ

What is a basis point (bps)?

One basis point is 0.01%. 100 bps = 1%. 60 bps = 0.6%. 10 bps = 0.1%.

Does Torque Pro reduce trading fees?

Not today. Pro and Basic both pay 100 bps on swap / lend / borrow. Pro sells execution advantages (private routing, automations, Assistant headroom, gas headroom) — not a fee waiver yet.

Who pays the Checkout fee?

The merchant absorbs 60 bps. The buyer pays the listed price; the merchant receives net after the platform take.

Are network fees included?

No. Blockchain gas and venue (e.g. Hyperliquid) fees are separate from Torque platform rates. Sponsored gas may cover some user gas within monthly and hourly caps.

Is Counter Pay free for merchants?

Yes for platform take — Counter Pay is open-amount peer settle at 0 bps. Checkout and invoices still use the 60 bps GMV take.
